Please note: I am not currently able to bill Oregon Health Plan (OHP/CareOregon), even when administered through the above insurance companies.

Also, I am only able to bill select Medicare Advantage plans administered through the above Insurance companies. I cannot bill many Medicare plans. Please double check with your plan to ensure I am in network.
